I have to buy a second hand video capture card for the documentary film lovers.

Can anyone tell me what is the best option:

1. Monarch DV 45
or
2. Pinnacle Pro One

The two are no longer manufactured. I get both for Rs 12,000.

Do you think that it is worthwhile to buy if I want video quality electronic public?
