I am sure that you use on film or parchment. Here are some pointers on how this type of notebook paper used:
Alcohol ink on vellum, transparencies, or
Material:
* Transparency or
* Vellum
* Alcohol Inks
* Alcohol Ink fusion solution
* Alcohol Ink Metallic mixat
Instructions:
Alcohol Ink Drop
Place a sheet of transparency or a piece of parchment in the art (or a protected area). Do you have a pieces, 2 Hand, because of the alcohol-based inks dry quickly. I use 2 or 3 colors, plus a bit of money, or with an accent mixat elegant metal pen. Drop a few drops of the first random color transparency.

Drop a few drops of color in the 2nd or 3.
Posh Metallic accents mixat or deposit a few drops mixat metallic paint and a few drops of the mixture of alcohol in the solution sheet. If you are an elegant metal pen, the stain a little on the sheet. I have the metal bead mixat here. I have alsomixat copper and gold metallic pen elegant accent. I was happy with them.
Transparency 2 Transparency basket, fast 2 or a sheet of parchment.
Smoosh Colors Smoosh "to try with your fingers is not easy - use, or a combination of colors that a" mud ".
Remove the foil and lay Levante round dry. They are cut very quickly and can dry and used for projects!
